According to him, based on rules, every construction in the city must have permit. The land itself is still being disputed its ownership which claimed by other party. Thus, the matter will be settled through legal channel.

Meanwhile, West Jakarta Deputy Mayor, M Yuliadi, explained that the party that built the fence on Ki Amat Soccer Field has been given warning letter dated June 13, 2014, numbered 433/SP/JB/2014. Next step would be sealing and sending demolition warrant.

“After that, the fence will be demolished. Jakarta Provincial Government is committed to defend its asset,” he asserted.

For information, several sign boards informing the land is city government’s asset have been installed on Ki Amat Soccer Field. Unfortunately, there is other party claiming as the landowner and building fence but neglected.

The soccer field is fenced with river stones and wires.
